What kind of interview process a candidate has to go through?

Depending on your department and seniority level, interview process can vary slightly. Although generally, interview process contains one or two telephonic round, followed by face to face round of interview at our Noida office location.

What kind of projects I'll get to work upon?

We build digital solutions for global customers, specially startups and product companies in USA. We have extensive experience in building mobile and web solutions for SMEs. A lot of our customers went on to build successful SaaS companies through staff-augmentation.

Continuous learning is in our DNA. Everyone gets a quarterly learning roadmap that we have laid out to ensure people grow in their career. Apart from learning roadmaps each team member gets assigned a buddy who helps in every aspect of skill growth.

Can I change my domain and learn new technical skills?

Yes, we provide a lot of opportunities for our engineers to upskill themselves and to work in a completely different technical domain. We also give an yearly learning budget to each team member which they can spend on any learning material or online course.

We also conduct training sessions, seminars, hackathons internally; which give our people ample opportunities to upgrade themselves. One other hand, our projects in Quicklabs give practical exposure to newer technologies.
